RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Care and active development of a 3-year-old boy
• Use of early development methods and a holistic approach
• Play, walks, reading, creative activities, sports
• Cooking for the child
• Maintaining the child’s wardrobe and toys
• Close communication with the Family Office Director (oversees child’s daily life and development)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary specialized (childcare) or higher pedagogical education, or Montessori diploma/courses (3–6 years)
• Experience with children aged 3+
• Ability to apply holistic development methods
• Fluent in English and Russian (clear and articulate speech)
• Settled Status or valid Skilled Worker Visa
• Personal qualities: active, balanced, tidy, friendly, sporty
CONDITIONS:
• Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Live-in position with meals provided
• Reports to Family Office Director
• Flexible salary – discussed with the successful candidate
• Additional staff is already working in the household
